A Vintage Camel Smokin Joe’s Racing Polished Chrome Zippo Lighter in a Collectible Tin Presentation Box.  The lighter  never fueled or fired, as it has the undamaged orange factory seal on its back. Previously owned but in like new condition, the date code on the bottom indicates that it was manufactured in 1994.
